Abstract

Patient registration services are an important part in relation to health care facilities. The patient registration process is the first contact between officers and patients or their families. Therefore, whether patient registration is good or bad can be a reference for the community in assessing the quality of health services. In carrying out health service registration activities is an important component in realizing quality services. Kimia Farma Pharmacy is a pharmacy that opens medical practice health services, one of its branches is located at Jl. Sultan Iskandar M. Djabir Shah No. 42 cities of ternate. The clinic which is in one of the branches of the Kimia Farma pharmacy still uses a manual system so that if many patients register, the queue does not follow the rules and usually when searching for patient data the officers take a lot of time so the service becomes slow. This study uses the waterfall method for making applications that are systematic and sequential, so a patient registration information system is created regarding maximum health services and can be allocated to other health care settings. This research is to overcome the problems that occur in the puskesmas, so an information system is needed to help work so that registration services become more effective and efficient. Users of this system are admin, doctors and patients.
