The Area and Settlement Sector at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of North Maluku Province is one of the fields that requires a web-based information system to be able to introduce and publish activities carried out in the area sector to the wider community online, especially the public. North Maluku, which is still not familiar with the Area Sector at the Housing and Settlement Areas Office of North Maluku. The system that will be created will be based on a website, which is named the area and settlement information system. This system was built using the PHP programming language and for data storage media using the MySQL database. This database will accommodate activity data and gallery data along with admin data. Furthermore, for testing this system using the black box testing method, in which the items being tested are applied to input forms. The results of this study are to make it easy for the area and settlements of the Perkim office to inform the results of the activities they have done to the wider community. With this, the community is also facilitated to get information on activities carried out by the Perkim office, especially in the area and settlement sector.
