The Halmahera Selatan Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (DPUPR) is an extension of the central government, namely the Ministry of Public Works and Space Planning (PUPR). To realize the goals of government work that quality information management is properly managed to serve the community through maintenance and governance. The secretariat has a scope of work, inputting the work report and then initiating it. However, the pegarsipan process in the secretariat still keeps the document arsi on the shelf, this requires a wider space and takes more time to search for archives if needed. The purpose of this study was to design a job report filing system at DPUPR West Halmahera Regency. The programming language used to build this system is the PHP programming language, while for data storage or database used is MySQL and the software method used is Waterfall and the testing usestesting white box. The results obtained from this study are the design of a web-based system for archiving job reports at DPUPR West Halmahera Regency which can make it easier for DPUPR to create and retrieve archives if needed.
