EVALUATION OF WEBSITE QUALITY USING THE METHOD WEBQUAL 4.0 AND IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA) (CASE STUDY WEBSITE SMA NEGERI 1 CITY OF TERNATE)

Abstract

The role of information technology is to add value in an educational service. SMA Negeri 1 Ternate city is one of the educational services in the city of Ternate. One of the information systems owned by SMA Negeri 1 Ternate is the school website. Website technology in an organization plays an important role as a company asset. Therefore, it is necessary to have good and structured management on the website. The purpose of this research is to find out the quality of the website of SMA Negeri 1 Ternate city in a structured manner based on the perception of end users using the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results quality of the website evaluation using the webqual 4.0 method and the importance performance analysis (IPA) of the quality of the website still do not satisfy the expectations of its users. The value of the highest performance gap and expectation is obtained on the Y2 variable from the information quality dimension which
gets a gap value of -0.81.
