Maitara Village is an area in Tidore Islands City that has a large potential for local food resources, especially breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis). Although available in abundant quantities during the harvest season, the use of breadfruit by the community is still limited as a traditional food that has a short shelf life and relatively low economic value. This condition indicates the need for community empowerment efforts through improving food processing skills based on local commodities. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the PKK women of Maitara Village in processing breadfruit into biscuits that have added value, have a longer shelf life, and have the potential to be developed as a household business product. The purpose of this activity is to transfer technology on breadfruit flour processing technology in accordance with Good Manufacturing Product standards to the Maitara Village Community, especially PKK women and young women and provide assistance in packaging design that meets food packaging standards. Training was provided to 20 PKK women and young women in Maitara Village. The results of the training showed that PKK women who initially did not know how to make breadfruit flour, after being given training, 100% knew how to make breadfruit flour. This training opened the participants' minds to the fact that making breadfruit flour is easy. This was evident in the test results. Before the training, 80% of participants considered making breadfruit flour difficult. After the training, only 10% considered making jam difficult. Overall, 90% of participants were satisfied with the training.
