This community service aims to promote the use of cow manure as a potential resource in making briquettes in Gambesi Village. Cow manure, which is often thought of as waste, can be turned into an environmentally friendly alternative energy source. By involving the Gambesi community, this service activity aims to create awareness about the potential of cow dung, increase knowledge about briquette making techniques, and empower the community to produce briquettes as an effort to diversify income. This service process involves a series of activities, including training farmers and farm owners in manure management, briquette manufacturing techniques, and sustainable natural resource management. In addition, we facilitate the establishment of community groups that independently develop briquettes from cow manure and distribute them at the local level.  The result of this dedication is an increase in community understanding of the importance of utilizing livestock manure as a valuable resource. Community groups that have been formed have succeeded in producing briquettes that are used as alternative fuels for cooking and heating. This not only helps reduce waste in Gambesi Village, but also reduces dependence on firewood and coal, which have a negative environmental impact.  This dedication provides concrete examples of how simple innovations and participatory approaches can help improve people's well-being, support environmental sustainability, and empower communities to play an active role in addressing their everyday problems. With continued support and collaboration with related parties, this initiative has the potential to develop further and provide greater benefits to Gambesi Village and similar communities.
