Pendampingan Penyusunan Dokumen Mutu SNI 3553:2015 Bagi Pelaku Usaha AMDK di Kota Ternate

Abstrak

Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) is drinking water that is packaged hygienically and practically for consumer needs. The use of AMDK consumption is quite high with various trademarks and different production locations, so that government regulations in regulating the regulation and safety of AMDK are the main things that must be paid attention to by AMDK industry players. AMDK quality requirements are based on SNI 3553:215 with the physicochemical, microbiological and organoleptic characteristics of AMDK produced by industry must meet the quality standards of AMDK. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance in preparing AMDK quality documents based on SNI 3553:2015 for AMDK Business Actors in Ternate City. The activity, which was carried out at the Khairun University Production House in January 2024, was attended by business people and final year students from the Agricultural Product Technology (THP) study program, Faculty of Agriculture, Khairun University. With this activity, the participants enthusiastically listened to material from the resource persons and provided assistance in compiling quality documents which will be submitted to the relevant agencies, especially to the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia through LSPro Manado and BPOM RI to obtain a CPPOB certificate and a distribution permit in the form of an MD (Food and Beverage) permit. domestic).
