The NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) Gerbong Desa is a community organization that was formed with the basic aim of being a means of community empowerment. The Gerbong Desa NGO also has the aim of creating employment opportunities to reduce the unemployment rate in Tidore Islands City. Increasingly, more and more people are registering to join, of course with the increasing size of this NGO organization, innovation is needed for the NGO itself, both innovation in terms of providing comprehensive information to members of the organization or the general public Tomalou and others, but the information that It takes time for information to reach members of the organization or community, not to mention that there are members/community members who are not in the sub-district at the time the information is delivered. The creation of a web-based NGO information system is of course to make it easier for NGOs and the public to provide information or obtain information that the public does not know, such as information on work program planning, publication of work documentation, and information related to the NGO itself. Making. This system was built using the PHP programming language, the database uses MySQL and a framework for a much more attractive appearance, as well as a user interface that is easily accepted by later users. Based on the test results carried out using black box testing, the system as a whole can run smoothly in accordance with the design madet.
