Abstract

The Chair of the study program as an element in college management to realize the vision, mission, and objectives of the study program relevant to the vision, mission, and objectives of the Institute as a whole. The award system is one of the important elements and as an element of motivators towards the best performance and plays a role in growing academic atmosphere, which can ultimately accelerate the development of the present and future scientific society as expected. The granting system can present the Chairman of Studies program to be more accomplished and productive, so that the goal of developing the educational system and building on the uum can be achieved optimally. The award is done at a regular basis by menristekdikti each tununun. Determine the Chair of Achievement Studies Program using a fluency support system (SPK). SPK is disbanded with several stages in the beginning of the system design, building system with the PROMETHEE method in the SPK. Implementation and testing of the system, and analysis system that has been built. Decision support systems can be used to facilitate and assist in determining the Course Chair of Overachievers.
