Agrifood is an international journal published twice a year at May and November with 5 articles for each issue. This journal is published by Department of Agriculture Product Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Khairun University. Agrifood journal accomodates original research and review papers related to food science, food technology, and nutrition that also include biochemistry, food sensory, food safety, food packaging, functional food, microbiology, biotechnology, and food chemistry.
