The empowerment activity for farmers in Bangko Village aims to enhance farmers' knowledge and skills in utilizing pests as an alternative livestock feed. In this program, 30 farmers participated in socialization, training, and guidance on pest processing. The results indicate that 70% of participants successfully produced feed from pests independently, contributing to improved livestock health and productivity, as well as reduced feed costs. Post-activity evaluations show a 30% decrease in livestock mortality and an increase in farmers' welfare. This program not only provides practical solutions to feed issues but also promotes the sustainability of the farming system in the village. It is hoped that this initiative can be expanded to other villages to enhance food security and the welfare of farmers more broadly.
