METODE BIOPORI SEBAGAI RESAPAN AIR DI KOTA WIROBRAJAN YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

This biopori installation was carried out in the city of Wirobrajan, Yogyakarta, where this area is located in the middle of a densely populated city. This biopori method has the aim of being a medium for absorbing rainwater into the soil with biopore absorption holes. The method used uses PVC by making holes in a vertical direction, each hole has a diameter of 2-3 cm, and is planted at a depth of approximately 100cm. The results that have been implemented are the installation of 11 biopores spread across 11 points spread across the Rt 36 area. This installation involves all residents working together which will later be able to reduce waterlogging with biopore absorption holes.
